Although never having the chance to take a public yoga class with the absolute goddess of a human (Kearah) I have had multiple one on one yoga sessions with her.

She meets your heart on the mat. She flows and weaves through her movements with a genuine desire to meet you wherever you are at. Yoga alongside Kearah is magick. It is thoughtful, heartfelt, and deeply rooted in connection and openness.

A true gift to flow with her and one I will treasure for a long time.

Having Kearah not only attend my birth but support me in the months and days leading up to game day was integral to my successful and euphoric home water birth.

It was the the gentle feminine energy, the organized preparation and the assertive quietness that was harnessed so beautifully. Kearah was knowledgeable and present. If you didn’t know she was there you wouldn’t have known she was there. However, if she wasn’t there we would have known - everything was effortlessly and silently taken care of.

Kearah dances in the background like the little guardian birth angel you want to be holding you in the most divine regard.
