Types Of Classes

  • Hatha yoga is about connecting the body, mind, and spirit through intentional movement while following the breath. In a typical class, we practice asana (postures), and pranayama (breath work). Before melting into savasana, you will be guided through a meditation to help still the mind and relax the body. A quick aura cleanse and grounding through reiki healing will be available for each yogi during savasana.

  • Take the time to melt in and slow down during yin. With the use of props for support. Yin targets deep tissue & fascia. We hold poses for 3-5 minutes. Yin builds resilience through the mind and body.

  • Pure rest and rejuvenation…In restorative, we use lots of props and only about 5 poses during an hour class, which allows you to find rest in the shapes. Each pose invites you to turn inwards to find stillness within the mind, just as the body finds stillness through the poses.

  • Known as “yogic sleep” this is a guided experience, while in a comfortable & supported shape. This allows for the body to settle into restful stillness. the mind remains awake and aware, allowing you to access deeper levels of consciousness.

  • This relaxing, yet powerful prenatal yoga class is safe for all trimesters. Designed for mamas-to-be to help tune in and connect with their mind, body, spirit & baby. With focus on enhancing endurance, strength, while relaxing the muscles and mind. In each class we will incorporate breathwork & guided meditation. These practices help to empower & build trust in preparation for birth. Modifications and props will be available for everyone.

  • A joyful, supportive class for new moms and their babies

    Bond with your babe while creating a community with other new moms with our 6 week series

    This yoga series is a gentle re-introduction to yoga and movement with your little one as you regain strength and flexibility after giving birth.

    Emphasis will be on posture, core strength / pelvic floor, as well as breathing techniques and meditation to decrease stress and tension.

    This class is open to pre-crawling babes, and moms that are six weeks post delivery or six weeks post Caesarean with a doctor or midwife’s clearance.
