A Bit About Me…
Hey, I’m Kearah. I’m a certified yoga teacher, and reiki master. I’m passionate about holding space for others to reconnect with their true, authentic selves—both on and off the yoga mat.
I’m a nature and adventure lover at heart. Hiking to alpine lakes, horseback riding, swimming in waterfalls, surfing, dancing, and photography are a few of my favourite things to do. These types of experiences awaken a sense of freedom, connection to the earth, and a deep presence within myself.
I am passionate about personal growth, self-awareness, and pushing the boundaries to live authentically, in alignment with my highest self.
My journey into wellness and healing began during some of the hardest times in my life. In 2018, after months of feeling very unwell, I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. Not long after, I was also diagnosed with Graves’ disease and had to have my thyroid removed. These experiences pushed me to become more in tune with my body and to explore deeper healing and self-understanding.
In 2020, during a time of transition and uncertainty. I turned inward—committing to daily yoga, meditation, and spiritual practices that helped me reconnect with my body, my intuition, and my truth. These practices lit a path toward healing and alignment—and showed me my true calling.
In 2021, I traveled to Tofino, BC, to complete my 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training and later became a certified Usui Reiki Master/Teacher. As I began living in alignment with the energies I was cultivating, my life began to shift. I felt called toward birth work, and in 2022, I became a certified holistic prenatal, birth, and postpartum doula through Pacific Rim College in Victoria, BC. In December 2023, I completed my 85-hour pre- and postnatal yoga certification, and in Fall 2024, I returned to Tofino to deepen my practice with yin, restorative, and yoga nidra training. I was also honored to support and co-teach portions of the 200-hour YTT program with Tofino Yoga.
This work is the essence of my path—woven from my own healing, devotion, and love for guiding others home to themselves.
To not just live but to thrive.
