My goal is to teach and empower students to connect deeply with their true, authentic selves. Through yoga, mindfulness, and energy healing, I support nervous system regulation and help others return to a state of inner safety, clarity, and balance.
I offer a range of yoga styles, including Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and Yoga Nidra.
I teach with an emphasis on slowing down, turning inwards, and honoring the body’s wisdom.
I believe in teaching yoga beyond the poses. My approach weaves in the philosophy, breathwork, energetics, and other limbs of yoga, guiding students toward a more mindful, soulful, and embodied way of living. Both on and off the mat.
